It doesn’t seem that my washing machine is draining.
Its not really that difficult to get your washer to drain so that you can get the washing machine door open. Of course, the water will go onto the floor so this should only be attempted if you have an actual drain spot on the floor. Pull the washing machine out of its position, enough that you can comfortable pull out the drain hose from its pipe in the wall behind the washer. Drop it to the fllor and then gravity will actually force the washing machine to drain. Once done, you’ll be able to open the door without the water going everywhere. If you don’t have a floor drain, be sure to call us so that you avoid any major water spillage and destruction of property, wherever possible!

My Washing Machine Moves around and Bounces all over the Place!
Usually, in almost all cases where your washing machine is moving around, it is because the washing machine is likely not level and/or you the transportation or transit straps need to be removed. If these are not the cause of the problem, you might want to check (especially if the machine is a few years old), that the concrete weights and the shock absorbers are still in good condition. These connect the washing machine drum to the chassis of the machine.

It Seems Like My Washer is Getting Stuck at a Part of the Program – It won’t complete the washing machine cycle. Do I need an appliance repair technician?
Typically this problem is caused by a faulty part or component that has failed. A good example, for clarity’s sake, is when the water heater doesn’t heat the water and so the thermostat doesn’t register the correct temperature and indicate to the controller that the cycle should advance. In these types of cases, you have to work out what’s faulting during the program so that you can correctly hypothesis what’s the problem. These types of diagnoses can be much trickier to figure out and so don’t worry if you can’t. Try giving us a call to book an appliance repair appointment and we’ll happily send a qualified appliance repair technician to your home to fix the broken washing machine.
